Kids had vacation and we went for a week stay over at my in-law’s. On one of the days, I prepared my mother-n-law’s Kerala Chicken stew which is quite a famous dish in Kerala and authentically served with Appam. Since we prepared it for lunch, the best combination is Ghee Rice. I guess you can even have it with white rice.

Black pepper powder - 1/2 - 3/4 tsp

Cinnamon stick - small pieces
Star nice - 1
Onion - 3 small sliced

2nd coconut milk - 2 cups
