It's the holy month of Ramadan. Our prayers are heard more. So let's pray for a better tomorrow. Let this pandemic situation come to an end with so much positivity and blessings in the heart of people.
There are lots of people around us who don't get their basic needs. Let us join hands and try helping them who are in need. It won't hurt or let u down by any means. It will only enlighten your heart and purify your soul.
There are lots of lessons i have learnt from lockdown. Life has helped me in changing some of my stubborn decisions to take it easy. We can live this way too is what's concluded from my experience of quarantine. I have learnt to cook in moderation with zero wastage. I worry now if some food is left. I have kept off my mind from decor shoppings for each occasion. I try to make use of what's at home and make re-arrangements.
Corona virus doesn't have any religion, caste, creed. It has only a name, CORONA, and that's what we have too. We are born humans and only then the rest comes. So let's bring back humanity, positivity and fellow feeling.

Chopped vegetables - 2 cups ( carrot, cabbage, capsicum )
Ghee - 2 tbsp
Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Onion - 1 sliced
Coriander leaves - a handful chopped
Soya sauce - 1 tbsp
Mozzarella cheese - few for filling
Beef curry -
Beef - 1.5 - 2 kg
Onion - 4 small sliced
Bay leaf - 1
Coconut oil - 3 tbsp
Ginger - a small piece
Garlic - a whole
Tomatoes - 2 large
Coriander powder - 1.5 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 3/4 tsp
Red chilly powder - 3 tsp
Desiccated coconut or fresh coconut - 4 - 5 tbsp
Roasted coconut mix - 1.5 tbsp
Shallots - 5 - 6 for coconut and for tempering
